Beth Burnett writes, records and produces music, much of it based on field recordings. Her work appears in film and video. After playing for ten years in a rock band and earning a B.A. in English from Boston College, Beth headed to California to become a natural history film and video producer. There, she worked on projects for The Nature Company, U.S. Fish & Wildlife and World of Audubon. Beth is a member of downtempo/chill-out musical collective, Serendipity Club and founder of Murmuring Records, an independent record label devoted to ambient soundscapes.
